Full Items not downloading if OUTLOOK 2010 is connected through RPC over HTTP

Problem: Full Items will not download if OUTLOOK 2010 is connected through RPC over HTTP, will work fine if user is in WIPRO NETWORK. It will show a button for each every newly receiving mails to download rest of items. Refer the initial mail from user.

Solution: Open Outlook 2010 - Go to Send /Receive - Download Preferences - UNCHECK On Slow Connections Download Only Headers
Restart Outlook 2010
