How to attach a file in Blackberry email

1. When you are composing an email message, press the Menu key.

2. Click Attach File.

3. To attach a file saved on your BlackBerry device memory or media card, navigate to the file. Click the file.

4. To attach a file saved on your organisation's network, press the Menu key. Click Go To. Navigate to the file. Click the file. If necessary, type the credentials you use to connect to your organisation's network.

Resolution
If you are unable to send or receive email, try the following steps:
1. Restart the iOS device.
2. Tap Safari and attempt to load a webpage to ensure that the device has Internet access. If you're unable to load a webpage, try the Wi-Fi assistant.
3. Try an alternative Internet connection.
o If your email is provided by your Internet provider, try connecting from the home network.
o If your iOS device has an active cellular data plan, try to disable Wi-Fi: Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn off Wi-Fi.
o If not, try an different Wi-Fi network.
4. Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.
5. Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.

How to use Conversation View in Outlook 2010


One of the new features in Outlook 2010 is the ability to use Conversation View for easier management of your email conversations.
Conversation View
1.      To access Conversation View click the View tab on the Ribbon. Then check Show as Conversations and select All Folders or Current Folder.
2.      Now you can select how you want to arrange the conversations by the To field, who messages are from, Attachments, Importance…etc.


3.      You email conversations will be arranged in the order you select.

4.      There are also different ways you can arrange your conversations by expanding the Conversation Setting menu. Then select how you want them to be displayed.
